1. Freehand sketching is done by working lightly with an HB pencil. Freehand drawing or sketching is a quick way of getting an idea down onto paper,using a ruler etc would slow the process down.

a) Practice by joining the vertical dots freehand.

b) Join the dots with freehand horizontal lines.

 

2. Now draw the following shapes freehand - square, triangle, circle and an ellipse.
